Arranged Social LLP ("we," "us," or "our") operates the **Arranged** mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. We collect information that you provide to us voluntarily when you register on the App, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities on the App, or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the App, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

• Profile Data: Name, gender, date of birth, and other profile details.
• Contact Data: Email address and phone number for authentication.
• Biometric/Verification Data: We may request access to your device's camera to capture a selfie for identity verification purposes. This is strictly used to ensure the safety and authenticity of users on our platform.
• Media: We request access to your photo library to allow you to upload profile pictures.

Information Automatically Collected

We do not use third-party analytics tools (like Google Analytics or Mixpanel) to track your behavior across other apps or websites. We may collect basic operational logs for debugging and ensuring App stability using Expo and Supabase services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

• To create and manage your account: We use your information to allow you to create and manage your account with Supabase Auth.
• To ensure safety: We use camera access and verification photos to verify your identity and prevent fraud or catfish accounts.
• To facilitate connections: Your profile photos and details are shown to other users to facilitate the dating and matchmaking process.

3. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We only share information with the following categories of third parties:

• Service Providers: We usage Supabase (for database and authentication hosting) and Expo (for app infrastructure). These services process data securely on our behalf.
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

• Account Duration: We retain your personal data as long as your account is active.
• Deletion: If you choose to delete your account, your data (including photos and profile information) is permanently removed from our active databases.

5. Information for Minors

The App is strictly for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18.

6. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

• Account Termination: You can delete your account directly within the App settings. Upon deletion, all your data is improved.
